Why Learn CPR?
weatherstrainingsv
I've watched it on TV! I've seen it in movies! Heck, I even watched a YouTube video about it, so I'm good!
Not necessarily! If you have been doing CPR classes as long as I have, then you're well aware that the science and methods have changed over the years. Fifteen compressions, 30 compressions, one breath, two breaths, no breaths at all. Add in the use of an AED now that they are becoming commonplace, and it becomes obvious there have been revisions along the way.
But, knowing that today's methodology says to give 30 compressions, and two breaths is not enough. I can drive a car but it doesn't make me a NASCAR driver! What makes us proficient in a task is repetition. And the key part is knowing that those repetitions were done correctly. In CPR, using the wrong technique can lead to fatigue of the provider and may offer the cardiac patient poor care, thus lowering their chances of survival. There's no time to watch a video when someone else's life hangs in the balance.

That's where I come in! I can prepare you to handle those situations by ensuring that you walk away from my class confident in your abilities to help save a life. You will recognize the signs and symptoms of a heart attack or cardiac arrest and be able to perform high quality CPR to give that person a fighting chance at survival. Additionally, I can provide you with the latest, most state-of-the-art AED for a very reasonable price, that can increase their survival chances. In a world of overpriced medical equipment, $539 / year (yes, per year) isn't bad at all.
Give me a call or reach out to me through the form on the bottom of the webpage to set up classes today! I will come to your location and provide everything necessary to help someone in need. Weathers Training Services aims to please by offering discounts for recurrent classes.
